Begrenzte Produktion: Steingepresstes Olivenöl: Es ist der Fruchtsaft der Olive, jeder Tropfen ist heilend. Das Abenteuer beginnt mit der schnellstmöglichen Lieferung des vom Zweig geernteten Olivenkorns an die Anlage. Die gewaschenen Körner werden ohne jegliche chemische Behandlung dem Steinbrecher zugeführt. Während Granitsteine die Oliven zerkleinern, verhindern sie gleichzeitig, dass der Teig erhitzt wird. Der geknetete Oliventeig wird in Kokosfaserbeutel ausgebreitet und in der Pressmaschine ohne Anwendung von Wärmebehandlung, heißem Wasser usw. gepresst, um „extra natives“ Olivenöl zu erhalten.
