This region, which is a combination of canyons, clear springs and fertile soil quality, which distributes the clean and oxygen-containing air drawn from the Kaz Mountains to the plain, acts as a chimney by taking the iodine air from the sea to the mountains and turns the region into an oxygen tent, and where the world's rarest olives can be grown, is described by experts as " It is defined as the “Golden Triangle”.

Our grandfather, Ali Efendi, was manually harvesting olives from the olive trees on the slopes of Kaz Mountain, which is slightly sloping, constantly windy in summer, and produces plenty of oxygen towards the sea, and had the carefully collected crops pressed as soon as possible and sold them in bulk to various local and foreign companies.

We decided to institutionalize this taste, which we have shared only with our close circle and not our family for years, with our brand Nish Gurme, which we will continue without compromising on quality since 2015. Our main idea behind this was to bring the healing and flavorful power of a miraculous "fruit juice" like olive oil directly to the tables.

Our aim is to serve elite, fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels and gourmet end users as a reliable supplier. While we supply 50% of our products to national olive companies, our extra virgin olive oils, which we produce without filtering, are marketed under the "Nish Gurme" brand.

As Nish Gurme, we aim to produce pure and simple extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality, without any additives, seed oils or adulteration. Without compromising this mission and vision, we stored and packaged soil, air, water, different trees and gardens separately.

An endless amount of effort goes into growing olives until they reach our table, and our wish is to have you share in this adventure and discover the miracles together.
